It tells you
1) Right click on a blank tool square

It will then come up with a list of options.
Choose the tool you wish to make.

Oh my gosh this is brilliant~ Thank you so much for making this ^.^ I was messing around with my brushes and I can't seem to get them to do what they used to anymore xD

What do you do when it doesn't let you select watercolor when trying to fix up the blur tool? I swear I followed all the instructions perfectly and even re-did them a few times, but it still won't let me select it. I'm thinking of possibly uninstalling the program and re-installing it in hopes that it will reset all the tools so I can use it again.

I've never had this problem before. Have you got a pre-existing watercolor tool you can duplicate?

Yes I do. But I don't like using the water tool because it's more smudgy than blurry and doesn't look as good when I color my lineart in. Unless there is some sort of way to improvise? I just want to be able to color and blend again.

If you duplicate a watercolor, and then change the settings to the blur presets, that should work
